Maddox III, Mitchell Maddox and Gennifer Jarvis; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Jarvis, Raeleigh Jarvis, Nevaeh Wilson, Kaelynn Wilson, Brayden Eitelman, Nevaeh Gonzalez, Alayah Ebeling and Kiyah Ebeling; and his sister Janice Gornall (Jack).
