He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Catt and Viola A. Catt (Stafford); his daughter Mary Lee Catt; his grandchildren, Jacob Todd Catt and Jessika Catt; and his son-in-law Ronald Mundy.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Catt of Kokomo; and his children, Brenda Mundy of Kokomo, Robert J. Catt of Kokomo, Jeff Catt (Kim) of Kokomo and Stephanie Catt of Kokomo.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project in Buck's memory.
