He was predeceased by: his wife Glenna Suzanne Brown (Bloxham); his father Scott Heinmiller (Glenna); his sister Ramona Beach (Richard); his nephew Tyrone Heinmiller II; and his niece Kay Jewett (Heinmiller).

He is survived by: his daughter Trina Heinmiller; and his granddaughter Haley of Texas.
