He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Edward and Nellie Ann Dean (Early); his siblings, Ernest Dean Jr., Ralph Dean (Roella), James Dean (Marian), Norma Cole (Homer), Madeline Yates (Bill), Judith Wells, Loretta Smith (Sherrill) and Wanda Arbuckle (Ray); his grandson Mark "Adam" Fulk; and his great grandchild Braylon Arturo Rojas.
He is survived by: his wife Shelvy "Jean" Dean; his daughters, Deborah J. Fulk (Mark) and Teresa E. Carlile (David); his grandchildren, David Fulk (Abbi Mishler), Mikaylin Fulk, Joshua Jackson (Faith), Jeanna Jackson, Ryan Carlile and Haylee Carlile Cardwell; his great grandchildren, Roxanne Billman, Alexandra Billman, Jonelle Jackson, Elena Rojas, Avery Hayen and Oakley Cardwell; and his siblings, Geraldine Heal (John), Steven Dean (Brenda) and Carol Graves (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
