He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jeanne Perry; his children, Conrad Gene Perry Jr. (Wataneka), Daniel William Perry (Lyrae Moody), Tammy Ann Perry (Ron Smith), Pamela Dawn Clingan (Greg) and Amy Joann Musser; his brother Terry Lee Perry; his grandchildren, Kayla Holt (Terry), Amanda Strawser (Allen), Hannah Clingan, Matthew Perry (Jordon), Laurel Reynolds, Alicia Reynolds, Sadie Lewis (Nathan) and Isaiah Musser; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Reis, Remi, William, Jude, Eli, Addysyn, Annabell and Nova.
