It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Helen Leibering of Huntingburg, Indiana, born in Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Meyer and Helen Meyer (Rees); her husband Walter Eugene Leibering; her son Don Leibering; her daughter-in-law Glenda Leibering; her granddaughter Stacy Durcholz; and her great grandchild Xachary Trayling.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Leibering (Patty) of Huntingburg, Doug Leibering (Linda) of Huntingburg, Steve Leibering of Ferdinand and Richard Leibering (Fran) of Huntingburg; and her grandchildren, Tim Leibering, Kristina Gentry (Brad), Sherri Ingman (Pat), Anita Trayling (Jack), Laura Buse (John), Shane Leibering (Leslie), Chelsea Napier (Trenton), Matt Leibering (Jesse DeMontigny) and Joey Leibering (Miranda). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren.
