She is survived by: her mother Barbara Nelson (Elliot) of Huntingburg; her husband Keith Wertman of Holland; her children, Ashley Fortner of Evansville, Paige Polley of Jasper and Cameron Wertman of Evansville; and her siblings, Kimberly Keyes of Terre Haute and Jay Nelson of Jasper. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
