Blesch and Barbara Shafer (Lonnie) of Carmel, Indiana; his sister Wanda Weitkamp of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandsons, David B. Shafer (Ashton) of Chicago and Evan W. Shafer of Cleveland, Ohio; and his great grandchild Jackson Shafer of Chicago.
