She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Decker and Edna Decker; her former husband Chester K. Sell; her husband Walter D. Tuttle; her siblings, Garland Decker, Imogene Ruth Zimmerman, Delores Nelson and Beverly A. Pendergrass; and her brother-in-law David Pendergrass.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Sell (Sandy), Pamela Broadaway (Joseph), Allen Sell (Connie) and Penny Taylor (Robert); and her sister Sharon S. Hardesty (Morrison). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild.
