He was predeceased by: his mother Vicenta Perez; and his sisters, Maria and Gloria Perez. He is survived by: his father Isias Perez; his wife Teresa Perez; his children, Johnny Perez (Marie), Robert Perez, Anthony Perez Jr. (Mary), Richard Peluyera (Angelique), Christie Perez and Letty Medina (Benjamin); and his sister Marina Lewis (Harvey). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
