He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Heine and Mary Heine (Kelly); his sister Kay; and his brother-in-law Victor "Bud" Boughamer. He is survived by: his children, Rachael Heine-Weber (Greg), Robb Locke (Trisha) and Joseph Locke. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and a niece and nephew.
