He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Hogge (Greg) of Hoagland, IN and Michele Perkins (Doug) of New Haven, IN; his aunt Nadine Meyers; and his nieces and nephews, Greg Hogge II (Regina), Christopher Hogge, Madison Schaffer (Adam), Kiersten Smith (Adam) and Ryan Perkins (Marissa).
