He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Baldwin and Olive A. Baldwin (Bechtol); and his sister Phyllis Permann. He is survived by: his wife Connie Baldwin of Hoagland, Indiana; his daughters, Angela Wyss (Chris) of New Haven, Indiana, Shari Hegerfeld (Brent) of Hoagland, Indiana and Christie Wright (Todd) of Plainfield, Indiana; his grandchildren, Erica Clark (Rusty), Stephanie O'Shaughnessey (Alex), Thomas Wyss (Darcy), Cody Hegerfeld (Serena), Mitchel Wyss (Hannah), Weston Hegerfeld, Andrea Wright, Derek Wright and Daryn Wright; his nephew Mark Permann; and his niece Julie Permann. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In light of COVID-19 a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
