She is survived by: her sons, Ronald W. Hoffman (Gail) of Edinburgh, Indiana, James K. Hoffman (JoAnne) of Hoagland, Indiana and Matthew P. Hoffman of Greenfield, Indiana; her sister Betty Doctor of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; her grandchildren, Chris Hoffman, Beth Hoffman, Drew Hoffman, Claire Roettgen (Hoffman), Reid Hoffman and Connor Hoffman; and her great grandchild Owen Johnson.
