He was predeceased by: his father Walter Augustyniak; and his sister Regina Limpert (Max). He is survived by: his wife Linda Augustyniak (Joyce); his sons, Wyatt Augustyniak (Santa) of Indianapolis, IN and Daniel Augustyniak; his sisters, Andrea Parker (late Tom), Victoria Persaud (Prem) and Stephanie Heidenreich (late Ed); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Anthony and Weiland.
