She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Burleson; her daughter Leanne Burleson; and her grandson Hayden. She is survived by: her children, Chasity Reynolds, Crystal Johnson (JJ), Shannon Rademacher and Stephen Burleson (Amanda); and her sister Laura. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren as well as 2 great grandchildren.
