He is survived by: his wife Greta Tygum; his children, Kenny Vermillion (Ashley), Michael Vermillion, Sandy Carnahan, Alicia Mister and Sarah Goodrich (Paul); his siblings, Keith Johnson (Kim), Barbara Fielding (John), Janet Fields (Mike) and Diane Gretencord (Keith); and his siblings-in-law, Olin Tygum and Emily Tygum. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
