He was predeceased by: his daughter Carolyn Hedges; and his grandson Manuel Rascon. He is survived by: his significant other Zita Shelton of Hillsboro; and his children, Bob Sparks (Annette) of Richmond, Don Sparks (Teri) of Spiceland, Patricia Grigson (George) of New Castle and Tim Sparks of Dayton, Ohio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great grand children; and several nieces and nephews.
