He was predeceased by: his father Bane. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Ciszewski; his former wife Tammy Sibley; his mother Betty; his stepfather Rod; his siblings, Jamma (Chuck) and Jeff (Heidi); and his sister-in-law Jackie Larson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
