She is survived by: her husband Jack Leyba Jr.; her children, Harold Jr. Keuzter (Jeremy), Angie Boelt (Marty), Bill Keuzter, Kim Kowal (Mark) and Jack A. Leyba (Yolanda); and her grandchildren, Clint, Carrie, MacKenzie of Casey, DJ, Brandon, Daisy, Emma, Krysta and Matthew. She is also survived by her family and friends.
