Treba and Lisa Marie Poradzisz (Jeffery); her significant other Herbert Treba; her grandchildren, Bradley, Erica, Matthew, Jacob, Grace, Allison (Corey), Alicia, Erin, Kamryn, Liam, Lillian and Nicholas, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Carter and Wesley; and her sister Frances Rayl (Gary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
