She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Hickman and Fleur Hickman; her brothers, Joe Hickman and Bob Hickman; her sister-in-law Mitzi Hickman; her niece Christie Fields; and her nephew Mark Hickman.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Blank; her children, Erika Rokosz (Kevin), Trisha Blank and Paul Blank (Julie); her grandchildren, Cayla, Haley, Paige, Riley and Lucy; her siblings, Bruce Hickman, Rhonda Fields (Rod) and Sheryl Wright (Donnie); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Hickman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
