She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Weaver; her parents, Charles Cullen Ussery and Lela May Todd (Julius); her daughter Judy Lynn Relinski; her grandson Randy Relinski Jr.; and her sister Dorothy May Lax.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Weaver (Joan), Dorothy Gulick (Howard) and Laura Church; her son-in-law Randy Relinski; and her grandchildren, Dr. William Weaver, N. Todd Weaver (Cathy), Kelly Siecker, Mathew Siecker (Nicole), Colton Church and Caitlyn Church. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing at 6 feet and face masks will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in Bernice's name to Emmanuel Baptist Church.
