He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Reavis and Joan L. Reavis (White); his brother Timothy Ralph Reavis; and his granddaughter Aerabella Whitfield. He is survived by: his wife Angela Reavis (May); his children, David Reavis (Jessica), Amanda Moore (Braden Whitfield), Alexis Reavis and Ashley Davis; his grandchildren, Killian Moore, Ariahnna Moore, Bricyn Whitfield, Bryleigh Reavis, Waelyn Gullickson and Gretchen Davis; and his siblings, Jerri Ann Miskell, Beth Cook (Doug), Mary Lucas and Tommy Reavis (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
