She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hickrod and Tillie M. Hickrod (Grunder); her husband Elmer; her daughter Barbara Roberts; her grandson Jason Carlson; and her brothers, Charles and Edward Hickrod.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry of Haubstadt and Charles Doerner (Mary) of Haubstadt; her grandsons, Terry Doerner and Clay Doerner (April); her sister-in-law Jo Ann Hickrod; and her pet Dunkin.
