She is survived by: her husband Conley Tillson; her children, Frank Kelley (Athenia), Tammy Andis (Jim), Randy Kelley (Ronda), Elmer Kelley and Angie Garrett (Chris); and her siblings, Phyllis Fox, Linda Melton, Rob Scarrette (Robin), Sherry High, Lisa Cavanaugh and Jimmy Mitchell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
