With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willa Dean Lopez (Greenfield, Indiana), who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Cox and Marion Cox; her husband Lou; her stepson Monte Lopez; and her close friends, Cherie, Nancy, Marlene and Rose Mary.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Martin (Sonny), Sonja Dearing, Judy Boyer and Bobby "Sonny" Cox (Linda); her children, Dan Coleman (Deb), Laura VanGorp (Wally), Lisa Cole (Daryl) and Maria "Cricket" Crawford (Randy); her stepdaughters, Hazel Boyd (Harlan) and Julie Mayes (Kevin); and her cousin Terrie VanMarter. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
