He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Mae (Riddle) and William Arnett; his son Michael D. Arnett; his sister Wilma Riddle; and his nephew Dean Riddle.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Arnett (Ortel); his children, Richard Arnett (Irene) and Vanita O'Neill; his grandchildren, Amanda Galbraith (Sam), Samantha Hoopingarner (Ryan), David O'Neill and Gabrielle O'Neill; and his great grandchildren, Noah Hoopingarner, Carter Hoopingarner, Maryn Galbraith and Gentry Galbraith.
