She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Phillips and Nellie Phillips; her husband Garland Lovell Witsman; and her siblings, Charline Stephens, Ruth Hill and Jim Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Justin Witsman (Catherine) of McCordsville and Christina Marie Myers of Fortville; her grandchildren, Seth Witsman (Tyra), Madeleine Witsman and Isaac Witsman; her great grandchild Raven Witsman; and her sister Jean McCarroll.
