He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Cushing and Marie Cushing (Haynes). He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Cushing of Fishers and Kris Cushing of Greenfield; and his brother Brian Cushing (Katy) of Wentzville, MO.
