Kathryn Unger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Unger of Greenfield, Indiana, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Layton Smith and Theresa Eileen Smith (Mingo); her husband Paul "Lou" Unger; her son Paul Lewis Unger; her sister Jean Rothwell (Smith); her brother-in-law Jerry; and her brother Richard "Dick" Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Layton Unger of Greenfield, Michael David Unger (Suzanna) of Greenfield and Joseph Erwin Unger of Greenfield; her brothers, Gerald "Bud" Smith (Joan) of Vincennes and David Smith (Tina) of Linton; her sister-in-law Claudia Smith; her grandchildren, Jordan, Chasity, Macy, Jesse and Zoe; and her great grandchildren, Elijah and Layken. She is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
