He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Mitchell); his sister Nancy Hayes; his sons, David and James; his grandchildren, Shawn, Jimmy, Dustin, Jenna, Rachel and Adam; his great grandchildren, Cora and Colton; and his daughter-in-law Velma Drinkard.
