He is survived by: his children, Monta Gazvoda (Albert) of Clinton Falls, Stacy O'Hair (Judy Porte) of Milford, Janet Baker of Brazil, Toni Chadd of Greencastle, Anita Schmitz (Mark Collins) of Greencastle and Tom Chadd (Tammy) of Indianapolis; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, various nieces and nephews.
