He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Swihart and Janet Swihart (Farrell). He is survived by: his children, Aimee Swihart and Nathan Swihart (Ashley); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Alivia and Ellie; and his brothers, Rob Swihart (Rebecca) of Goshen and David Swihart (Mindi) of Goshen. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Goshen Gridiron Club, 130 N. Main St., Goshen or Elkhart County Humane Society.
