He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ignacio Salazar Guerrero, Pedro Gonzalez Leos and Maria; and his aunt Modesta Salazar. He is survived by: his parents, Jorge Salazar Sr. and Laura Gonzalez; and his brother Jorge Salazar Jr..
