With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Jean Simmons of Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Simmons and Oral Simmons (Rodebaugh); her son Mark Rentz; and her siblings, Norman, Jerry, David, Roger and Arneal.

She is survived by: her son Michael Rentz; her niece Susan Beall (Jeff); and her nephew Bill Simmons (Shannon). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and niece.
