He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Sagach and Kharityna Sagach (Polischuck); his spouse Galyna Sagach; and his brother Volodya Sagach. He is survived by: his sons, Slavic Sagach (Paige) of Bristol and Pasha Sagach (Yulia) of Warsaw; and his granddaughters, Miah Sagach, Yana Sagach and Zoey Sagach.
