It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Miriam E. Wellington (Goshen, Indiana), born in Lagrange, Indiana, who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Haarer and Grace Haarer (Beam); her husband John S. Wellington Sr.; her stepson James L. Wellington; her grandsons, Stephen Wellington, Michael Wellington and Chris Wellington; and her brothers, Noble, Larry, Harman, Norman, John and Garlan Haarer.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert G. Wellington (Ann) and John Wellington Jr. (Becky); her grandsons, Aaron Wellington (Krista) and Jim Wellington Jr. (Karen); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Alex, Mia and Wynn; and also Erma Eash.
Memorial donations may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church, Goshen or to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
