He is survived by: his wife Tina Woods (Clewell); his friend Notre Dame Football; his children, Emily Woods of Indianapolis, IN, Matthew Woods of Indianapolis, IN, Brandon Smith of Fredericksburg, VA, Matt Smith of Indianapolis, IN and Sarah Smith of Elkhart, IN; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Ella and Brantlen Smith.
