She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schaefer and Katherine Schaefer (Lehman); her husband Glenn Stalter; her sons, Bob and Gregg (Kay); her siblings, Stanley (Martha), John (Gladys), Harold (Olwyn), Sidney (Martha), Donald (Ilona), Doris (Donald Jantzi) and Katherine (Leon Martin); her nieces, Gail Lyndaker (Paul) and Chris Schaefer (Bill); and also Mitchell Lasley.
She is survived by: her daughter Fern McFadden (Bob) of Fort Wayne; her daughter-in-law Kay Hershberger (Gregg) of Goshen; her granddaughters, Shanna Lasley (Neil) and Mara Maynard (Chris); and her stepgrandson Chad. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, as well as, many nieces and nephews.
