It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Eugene Borntrager of Goshen, Indiana, born in Hartville, Ohio, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris "Giddle" Borntrager and Lydiann Borntrager (Miller); his wife Evelyn E. Miller; his daughters, Brenda Mast and Pamela Borntrager; and his brothers, Calvin, LeRoy and Ernie Borntrager.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Borntrager of New Paris and Linda Borntrager of Goshen; his son-in-law Dennis Mast (Marty) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Caleb Mast (Amanda), Ethan Mast (Jayme), Zachary Grass (Kyla), Quinn Grass (Lesley), Dean Grass (Katie) and Anna Miller (Riley); his siblings, Urie Borntrager of Sarasota, Milton Borntrager (Jo Ann) of Louisville, Larry Borntrager of Middlebury, Verda Vallejo of Phoenix and Elsie Borntrager of Goshen; and his sisters-in-law, Pauline and LaVerda Borntrager. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Adult and Teen Challenge Northern Indiana.
