It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin L. Randolph of Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2021, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Howard Randolph of New Paris and Tonia Blankenship of Elkhart; and his sister Elizabeth Troup of New Paris.
