She is survived by: her husband John Dolezal; her children, Justin (Sasha Goana) of San Francisco, Allison (Laura Dutra) of San Francisco, Anna (Annie Brennan) of Chicago and Laura of Flagstaff, Arizona.; and her sisters, Rebecca Singer (John Fonash) of South Bend and Kate Singer (Joel Williams) of Elkhart, Indiana..
