He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dale; and his brother James D. Geyer. He is survived by: his mother Betty Mary Geyer (Wagner); his son Adam Geyer (Sondra) of Howe; his stepsons, Marc Price of Middlebury and Matt Price (Michelle) of Virginia; and his sisters, Jeri D. Lantz of Mishawaka and Janis M. Nelson (Terry) of Shipshewana. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
