He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Straw and Elsie Straw (Harshberger); and his siblings, Ronald, Roger Straw and Sharon Straw.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Welsh; his children, Darby Straw (Kim) of Valparaiso and Susan Shidler (Todd) of New Paris; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Adysen, Kinzie and Torrence; and his siblings, Phillip Straw (Ellen) of Goshen, Duane Straw of Greenwood, Marilyn Keck of New Paris, Doris McFarren of Elkhart and Lowell Straw (Susan) of West Lafayette.
