He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Miller and Lois O. Miller (Wagner); his stepson Jeremy Plank; and his brother Devon Miller. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" A. Miller; his daughter Harlee D. McCulloch (Michael); his granddaughter Leighton McCulloch; his stepson Joshua Plank (Lisa); and his siblings, Kathleen Huff (Tom), Dale Miller and Kevin Miller (Sherri). He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren.
