With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah M. DeKnikker of Goshen, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil D. Chapman and Catherine Chapman (Sills); and her brother Tim Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Bert A. DeKnikker of Goshen; her stepchildren, Miranda DeKnikker of New York and Joshua DeKnikker of New York; her brother Christopher Chapman of South Bend; and her nieces and nephews, Destiny Keele, Brandy Huff, Jeremiah Chapman, Virgil Chapman and Brandon Chapman. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
