He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Berkey. He is survived by: his mother Betty Halsey; his wife Penny Berkey (Blough); his stepchildren, Gary Pierce of Goshen, Rodney Foster (Tina Richcreek) of Goshen and Jamie Foster of Goshen; and his siblings, Kevin Berkey (Ellen) of Goshen, Todd Berkey (Heather) of Goshen and Tonya Hill (Tony) of Goshen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
