He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Marks and Ruth Marks (Donaldson); his wife Jerri J. Marks (Baker); his sister Maxine Eib; and his great grandchild Jordan.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Myers (Randy), Charles Marks III, Kimberly Wigner (Paul), Lisa Gray (Kirby Callahan) and Heather Oden; his grandchildren, Damion, Austin, Cheyenne, Chance, Tristan, Noah, Christopher, Lexie, Isiah, Jade, Riley, Brayden, Nathaniel, Hannah, Tyler, Katelyn, Jonathan, Dakota, Kyle and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Azreal, Charlie and Rowan; and his sister Gwen Phelps.
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Charles to the funeral home to help the family defray expenses.
