It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Carl Peters Jr. (Gary, Indiana), who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carl Peters, Sr. and Edith Nystrom Peters; and his pet Max. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Peters of Portage; his children, Stacey Karras (Scott) of Lowell, Indiana and Todd Peters of Chicago, Illinois; his stepdaughters, Temple Kipper (Jerry) of Walkerton and Becky Floyd (Darin) of Scituate, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Ryann, Allie (Hank), Kole Karras, Emily Kipper, Lauren King (Ryan), Brandon, Catherine (Blake), Kendall Stout, Makenna and Dolan Floyd; and his great grandchildren, Rhett, Lilah and Lane. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
